How to make up a roller shelf?

Roller shelf placed on normal decks of chiller are particularly important for convenience stores, especially for beverages selling, as they allow automatic restocking even when there are few staff in the mini store.

The bottles behind move to the front automatically under the force of gravity when the customer takes a bottle out from the front row.

This will make your chiller always look fully displayed.

You can choose full fited rollers shelf or that with gaps between adjacent rows, it depends on the shape and size of the bottom of the bottle.

We provide different devider for the rows of roller shelf, which are made of powder coated iron tube, or metal sheet, or aluminum, of course with different shape. 

There should be a acrylic front stopper when you choose the polygonal tube devider or sheets.

The devider with right-angle U-shaped is more simple without acrylic stopper.

The I-beam aluminum frame is used to support the rear of the slide rail, keeping it tilted forward when place the roller shelf on the bottom horizontal shelf.

Customizable dimensions

Modular design allows flexible extension of both depth and width, meeting diverse spatial requirements.

1. The length of one piece of roller is 50mm or 60mm, which can stitch together any width as you want.

2. From a Min. depth of 205mm, Increase by 5mm increments.

3. A front acrylic(PMMA) stopper with normal height of 70mm, 8mm thickness.

   a Φ3.5 SUS tube devider H60mmiron or a Φ4 iron tube devider suitable for a depth from 500~700mm(A),

   a Φ4 iron dual tubes devider suitable for a depth from 700~900mm(B),​​​​​​​

   a Φ4 iron three horizontal tubes devider suitable for a depth more than 900mm(C).  

5. The heigth of aluminum devider normally with 23/30/50/80mm(D).
