Yes, this is the best oven I have been using in China. I have been running my own bakery house in China for over ten years, the Waffle has never let me down. I think the customers love my croissants so much, and this oven deserves a lot of credit.

The shelves made with SUS 304 can be taken off to clean easily.

The fan at the back can provide uniform circulating air, making the internal temperature more consistent.

Switch lock for sealing. The fan and heating device stoped running when open the door.

Waffle offer two different control panels for you to choose from for Waffle convection oven.

The first one is very intuitive, with a simple setting for temperature and time,and steam time if you have chosen a additional steam boiler.

Another one will be much more smarter; you can pre-enter the necessary time and temperature combinations for different types of bread or cake you want to bake, corresponding to numbers 1-12 to creating a menu. You only need to press the corresponding number key for starting, which will be more convenient for chain stores. 

The Waffle convection oven usually be put on a shelf that can load the bakeing trays. But the best way is to combine with waffle deck oven, or  even with a mini proofer, especially for a small bakery house.
